LizzoLizzo joined a prog-rock group that she joined, singing and occasionally played the flute. Her family relocated to Denver so Lizzo was left on her own to start her career in Houston. Lizzo was living on her own in her car, and sometimes sleeping on the floor in her studio recording studio she also washed her hair at the gym. Lizzo lost her father when she was 20 years old. It was a tragic loss for both of them, since they were very close. She quit the group in 2010, following her father's passing. Following a brief stint in Denver in the year 2010, Lizzo moved to Minneapolis at the invitation of her friend in 2011. Lizzo quickly found herself in the heart of the music scene. She was part of the girl group Chalice and GRRRL PRTY. The album she released was Lizzobangers, her debut. out through an independent label in 2013.
